Come trattiamo i tuoi dati

Informativa ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR). Ultimo aggiornamento: 21 ottobre 2026.

1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Quali dati raccogliamo

• Account: nome, indirizzo email e password. La password è gestita in forma cifrata da Google Firebase e non è visibile a noi.
• Prenotazione come ospite: il nome che inserisci e un identificativo anonimo del dispositivo.
• Prenotazioni: evento e opzione scelti (ad esempio cena o dopo cena), numero di persone, nome, email e telefono, PR indicato, codice del QR, stato della prenotazione (attiva o annullata), orario di ingresso all'evento e numero di consumazioni registrate al bar.
• Per la cena, solo se li indichi: preferenza alimentare (vegetariana o vegana), allergie e intolleranze, note per lo staff.
• Richieste al DJ: il testo della richiesta e il tuo nome.
• Foto e video delle serate: immagini in cui puoi comparire, scattate o girate durante gli eventi.
• Dati di navigazione: i dati tecnici necessari al funzionamento del sito (ad esempio indirizzo IP e tipo di browser, trattati dai fornitori di hosting) e, solo con il tuo consenso, i dati statistici di Google Analytics e i dati di navigazione raccolti dal Meta Pixel. Dettagli nella sezione Cookie.

3. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base

• Gestire prenotazioni, liste e ingresso agli eventi, compresi la verifica del QR, l'abbinamento al PR e le richieste al DJ: esecuzione del servizio che richiedi (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Gestire il tuo account e permetterti di ritrovare le tue serate, anche recuperando la password via email: esecuzione del servizio (art. 6.1.b).
• Contattarti per la prenotazione (ad esempio cambi di orario o annullamento della serata) all'email o al telefono indicati: esecuzione del servizio (art. 6.1.b). Non li usiamo per newsletter o pubblicità.
• Foto e video delle serate, pubblicati sul sito, sui nostri profili social e nelle comunicazioni e pubblicità degli eventi Baldorya: consenso che dai accettando i termini e condizioni (art. 6.1.a GDPR e artt. 96-97 L. 633/1941). Puoi opporti in ogni momento: dillo allo staff durante la serata o scrivici per far togliere un contenuto.
• Allergie e intolleranze, che sono dati relativi alla salute: le usiamo solo per preparare il buffet, con il tuo consenso esplicito (art. 9.2.a GDPR), che dai spuntando la casella apposita. Senza consenso puoi comunque prenotare, ma non possiamo tenerne conto.
• Sicurezza del sito e prevenzione di abusi, ad esempio prenotazioni false o accessi non autorizzati: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f).
• Statistiche di visita aggregate con Google Analytics: solo con il tuo consenso (art. 6.1.a), che puoi revocare in ogni momento.
• Misurare e migliorare le nostre pubblicità su Instagram e Facebook con il Meta Pixel (quante persone arrivano dagli annunci e quante prenotano): solo con il tuo consenso ai cookie di marketing (art. 6.1.a), che puoi revocare in ogni momento.
• Adempimenti di legge e tutela dei diritti del titolare, ove necessario (art. 6.1.c e 6.1.f).

Il nome è necessario per prenotare. Senza di esso non possiamo inserirti in lista. Non usiamo i tuoi dati per decisioni automatizzate. Nome, email e dati delle prenotazioni non vengono mai condivisi con Meta né usati per pubblicità.

4. Età minima

Le prenotazioni sono riservate a chi ha almeno 14 anni (art. 2-quinquies del D.Lgs. 196/2003) e rispetta l'età minima indicata per ciascun evento, che viene verificata all'ingresso.

5. Chi può vedere i dati

I dati delle prenotazioni sono visibili solo agli organizzatori Baldorya autorizzati, per gestire liste e ingressi. Ci avvaliamo inoltre di questi fornitori, che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:

• Google Ireland Ltd.: Firebase Authentication e Cloud Firestore (account e database, con dati conservati in data center nell'Unione europea) e, solo con consenso, Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: pubblicazione del sito e protezione della rete.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel, solo con il consenso ai cookie di marketing. Per la raccolta e la trasmissione di questi dati Meta è contitolare del trattamento insieme a noi (art. 26 GDPR, accordo di contitolarità); per i trattamenti successivi Meta è titolare autonomo (informativa di Meta).
• Hostinger International Ltd.: caselle email del dominio, usate anche per inviare i messaggi di recupero password.

Le foto e i video pubblicati sui social sono visibili al pubblico e trattati anche dalle piattaforme che li ospitano (ad esempio Meta per Instagram e Facebook), come titolari autonomi.

I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a terzi per finalità proprie.

6. Trasferimenti fuori dall'UE

Google, Cloudflare e Meta fanno parte di gruppi con sede negli Stati Uniti. Gli eventuali trasferimenti di dati avvengono sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework e, dove necessario, delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.

7. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

• Prenotazioni e richieste al DJ: fino a 24 mesi dalla data dell'evento, per l'archivio e le statistiche delle serate. Poi vengono cancellate.
• Email, telefono, allergie, intolleranze, preferenza alimentare e note: cancellati entro 30 giorni dalla serata.
• Foto e video: finché restano pubblicati sui nostri canali o nel nostro archivio, salvo tua richiesta di rimozione.
• Account: finché non chiedi di cancellarlo.
• Prenotazioni come ospite: come le altre prenotazioni. Il collegamento al dispositivo si perde se cancelli i dati del browser.
• Dati statistici di Google Analytics: per il periodo impostato nel servizio, al massimo 14 mesi.
• Cookie del Meta Pixel: 90 giorni. I dati ricevuti da Meta sono conservati secondo la sua informativa.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in ogni momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli (compreso l'account), limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile (portabilità) e opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Puoi revocare il consenso ai cookie statistici e di marketing dal link "Cookie" in fondo alla pagina, e quello sui dati di allergie e intolleranze scrivendoci, senza conseguenze sui trattamenti già effettuati. Scrivi a info@baldorya.com: rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.

Se ritieni che il trattamento non sia corretto, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

How we handle your data

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Account: name, email address and password. The password is stored encrypted by Google Firebase and is not visible to us.
• Booking as a guest: the name you enter and an anonymous device identifier.
• Bookings: event and option chosen (for example dinner or after dinner), number of people, name, email and phone number, PR indicated, QR code, booking status (active or cancelled), time of entry to the event and number of drinks recorded at the bar.
• For dinner, only if you provide them: dietary preference (vegetarian or vegan), allergies and intolerances, notes for the staff.
• DJ requests: the text of the request and your name.
• Photos and videos of the nights: images in which you may appear, taken during the events.
• Browsing data: the technical data needed for the site to work (for example IP address and browser type, processed by the hosting providers) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics statistics and browsing data collected by the Meta Pixel. Details in the Cookies section.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Managing bookings, guest lists and entry to events, including QR checks, PR attribution and DJ requests: performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing your account and letting you find your nights again, including password recovery by email: performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Contacting you about your booking (for example time changes or a cancelled night) at the email or phone number you gave: performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't use them for newsletters or advertising.
• Photos and videos of the nights, published on the website, on our social media profiles and in Baldorya's event communications and ads: consent given by accepting the terms and conditions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Articles 96-97 of Italian Law 633/1941). You can object at any time: tell the staff during the night or write to us to have content removed.
• Allergies and intolerances, which are health data: we use them only to prepare the buffet, with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box. Without consent you can still book, but we cannot take them into account.
• Site security and abuse prevention, for example fake bookings or unauthorised access: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Aggregate visit statistics with Google Analytics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Measuring and improving our ads on Instagram and Facebook with the Meta Pixel (how many people come from the ads and how many book): only with your consent to marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligations and protection of the controller's rights, where necessary (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f)).

Your name is required to book: without it we cannot put you on the list. We do not use your data for automated decision-making. Name, email and booking data are never shared with Meta or used for advertising.

4. Minimum age

Bookings are reserved for people aged at least 14 (Art. 2-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003) who meet the minimum age set for each event, which is checked at the door.

5. Who can see the data

Booking data is visible only to authorised Baldorya organisers, to manage guest lists and entry. We also use these providers, acting as data processors:

• Google Ireland Ltd.: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (accounts and database, with data stored in data centres in the European Union) and, only with consent, Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: site delivery and network protection.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: Meta Pixel, only with consent to marketing cookies. For the collection and transmission of this data Meta is joint controller with us (Art. 26 GDPR, joint controller addendum); for further processing Meta is an independent controller (Meta's privacy policy).
• Hostinger International Ltd.: the domain's mailboxes, also used to send password recovery emails.

Photos and videos published on social media are publicly visible and are also processed by the platforms hosting them (for example Meta for Instagram and Facebook) as independent controllers.

Data is not sold or passed on to third parties for their own purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Google, Cloudflare and Meta belong to groups based in the United States. Any data transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep it

• Bookings and DJ requests: up to 24 months from the date of the event, for our archive and event statistics. Then they are deleted.
• Email, phone number, allergies, intolerances, dietary preference and notes: deleted within 30 days of the event.
• Photos and videos: for as long as they remain published on our channels or in our archive, unless you ask for removal.
• Account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Guest bookings: like other bookings. The link to your device is lost if you clear your browser data.
• Google Analytics statistics: for the period set in the service, at most 14 months.
• Meta Pixel cookies: 90 days. Data received by Meta is kept according to its own policy.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data (including your account), restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to statistics and marketing cookies from the "Cookie" link at the bottom of the page, and consent for allergy and intolerance data by writing to us, without affecting processing already carried out. Write to info@baldorya.com: we reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Partecipare alle serate Baldorya

1. Chi organizza

2. Prenotazione

• La prenotazione è gratuita e si fa da questo sito. Vale per il numero di persone che indichi, fino a 10, ed è legata al QR che ricevi: mostralo all'ingresso.
• Chi prenota indica dati veri e si impegna a comunicarli alle persone per cui prenota, insieme a questi termini.
• I posti prenotabili sono limitati. L'ingresso resta comunque soggetto alla capienza e alle regole del locale che ospita l'evento.
• Le prenotazioni online chiudono all'orario indicato nella pagina dell'evento.

3. Prezzi e omaggi

• Non si paga nulla online. Gli eventuali prezzi indicati, ad esempio per la cena, si pagano sul posto.
• Gli omaggi riservati a chi prenota (ad esempio un calice o uno shot) sono uno per ogni persona prenotata, si ricevono all'ingresso mostrando il QR e non sono convertibili in denaro.

4. Età e accesso

Ogni evento ha un'età minima, che può essere verificata all'ingresso con un documento. Le bevande alcoliche sono servite solo ai maggiorenni. Lo staff e il locale possono rifiutare l'ingresso o allontanare chi mette a rischio la sicurezza, non rispetta le persone o le regole del locale.

5. Annullamenti e modifiche

Puoi annullare la prenotazione in ogni momento dal sito, così il posto torna disponibile. Baldorya può modificare orari, programma o luogo, o annullare un evento per cause organizzative o di forza maggiore: in questi casi ti avvisiamo, quando possibile, all'email o al telefono indicati. Non essendoci pagamenti online, non sono previsti rimborsi.

6. Foto e video

Durante le serate Baldorya scatta foto e gira video, anche tramite fotografi e videomaker incaricati. Accettando questi termini acconsenti a essere fotografato o ripreso durante l'evento e alla pubblicazione, senza compenso, di foto e video in cui compari sul sito, sui profili social di Baldorya (ad esempio Instagram, Facebook e TikTok), nei materiali promozionali e nelle pubblicità degli eventi Baldorya. Le immagini non saranno mai usate in modo che offenda la tua dignità o reputazione.

Se non vuoi essere ripreso, dillo allo staff all'ingresso o al fotografo durante la serata. Puoi anche chiedere in ogni momento di togliere un contenuto in cui compari scrivendo a info@baldorya.com: lo rimuoviamo dai nostri canali. Non possiamo controllare le condivisioni fatte da altre persone.

7. Comportamento

Chi partecipa rispetta le altre persone, lo staff e il locale. Eventuali danni restano a carico di chi li causa. Baldorya non risponde di oggetti smarriti o lasciati incustoditi.

9. Legge applicabile

Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per chi agisce come consumatore restano ferme le tutele previste dal Codice del consumo, compreso il foro del luogo di residenza.

Joining Baldorya nights

1. Organiser

Baldorya events are organised by Davide Larosa, VAT no. 03026260996, Via Domenico Viviani 4, 16131 Genova (GE), Italy. Email: info@baldorya.com. Instagram: @baldorya.

2. Booking

• Booking is free and is done on this website. It covers the number of people you indicate, up to 10, and is linked to the QR code you receive: show it at the door.
• Whoever books provides true information and agrees to share it, together with these terms, with the people they book for.
• Places are limited. Entry is in any case subject to the capacity and rules of the venue hosting the event.
• Online bookings close at the time shown on the event page.

3. Prices and free extras

• Nothing is paid online. Any prices shown, for example for dinner, are paid at the venue.
• Free extras for those who book (for example a glass or a shot) are one per booked person, are given at the door on showing the QR code and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Age and entry

Each event has a minimum age, which may be checked at the door with an ID. Alcoholic drinks are served only to adults. Staff and the venue may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who endangers safety or does not respect people or the venue's rules.

5. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel your booking at any time on the website, so the place becomes available again. Baldorya may change the times, programme or venue, or cancel an event for organisational reasons or force majeure: in such cases we will let you know, where possible, at the email or phone number you gave. As there are no online payments, no refunds apply.

6. Photos and videos

During the nights Baldorya takes photos and videos, also through appointed photographers and videographers. By accepting these terms you agree to be photographed or filmed during the event and to the publication, free of charge, of photos and videos in which you appear on the website, on Baldorya's social media profiles (for example Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), in promotional materials and in advertising for Baldorya events. Images will never be used in a way that harms your dignity or reputation.

If you don't want to be filmed, tell the staff at the door or the photographer during the night. You can also ask at any time for content in which you appear to be removed by writing to info@baldorya.com: we will remove it from our channels. We cannot control shares made by other people.

7. Behaviour

Everyone attending respects other people, the staff and the venue. Any damage is the responsibility of whoever causes it. Baldorya is not liable for lost or unattended items.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the protections of the Italian Consumer Code, including the court of their place of residence.
